Your plan and themes

Billing (your package)
Billing shows the package your shop is on and your subscription with the platform. That subscription is separate from your own sales: your customers pay YOU through the gateways you connect in Settings -> Payment gateways, and the platform bills you for the package through its own accounts.
| Package | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Free | Blog, video channel, gallery timeline, CV, portfolio, service pages and everything core (pages, media, newsletter, contact, site setup, analytics, campaigns). Free does not sell: service pages offer "Request a Quote", not a booking, and Settings has no Storefront, Currencies & timezones, Tax & invoices or Payment gateways pages |
| Pro | Free plus selling (sales, customers, quotations, invoices, coupons, abandoned checkouts, and their settings: storefront, currencies, tax, payment gateways) and books, courses, workshops and bootcamps. Service pages stay a showcase, as on Free |
| Max | Pro plus paid meetings (schedules, meeting types, meeting links, Service Call bookings from your service pages, with a price and timeline on each service), custom collections, memberships, bundles and licensed software |
| Self-hosted | Max, moved to your own server by the platform team (one-off) |
Pick how you pay (Pay with) and, when a package offers it, Monthly or Yearly (yearly shows what you save against 12 months), then choose a package. The upgrade applies as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Card (Stripe) renews by itself. If a renewal payment fails, your shop keeps working while Stripe retries.
- PayPal, 2Checkout and Safepay pay for one month or year. Billing shows the date you are paid until; click Pay another month (or year) before then. Paying early adds the time on top. If the date passes unpaid, your shop moves to the free package; your content stays.
- Bank transfer: you get the bank details and a reference. Send the money with that reference and upload your receipt; your plan switches on once the platform sees the transfer arrive. Billing links back to the details while it waits.
The Payments list on Billing shows what you paid and the dates each payment covers. Moving to the free package needs no payment; your content stays.
A screen outside your package is hidden from the menu, and opening its address sends you to the dashboard with a note. On your site, its pages (for example /books or /schedule) show "not found", links to them drop out of your menu and home page, and they cannot be bought. Anything a customer already paid for stays theirs: course and workshop access and download links keep working after a downgrade.
Your own domain comes with every plan, Free included. Your platform subdomain keeps working next to it, and every page tells search engines your main address, so the two never compete.
Themes (Appearance -> Theme -> Designs)
The catalogue lists every theme the platform has published, with a real screenshot. Themes that work with every setting come first: your font and colours (Style), colour bands on your home page (Layout) and every home page section drawn in the theme's own style. Under More designs, each card says what it leaves out, for example "Ignores colour bands": the setting is kept, it is just not shown in that theme. When a theme gains it, it moves up by itself.
- Preview opens YOUR home page, with your content, in that theme, without changing anything for visitors.
- Activate switches your storefront to it at once. Your content, menu and settings stay; only the look changes.
- Free themes activate straight away. Paid themes show their price and cannot be activated from the picker yet: ask the platform team.
Every theme renders every page of the shop (blog, catalog, checkout, bookings, memberships, account), and all of them share the same phone menu (drawer or bottom bar, set in Appearance -> Menu), dark mode, newsletter signup and automatic visitor currency and timezone.
Every theme comes free with every plan. Each is the complete shop with a different look:
