Email campaigns

An email to your newsletter subscribers.

  1. Marketing -> Email Campaigns -> Add: an internal title, the subject and the content (the editor supports headings, lists, images and links). {name} becomes the reader's first name where known, otherwise "there".
  2. Choose Send to: all confirmed subscribers, or only those who opted into new posts, new videos or updates.
  3. Choose Status: Draft (nothing happens) or Scheduled (sends at Start sending at, or right away if empty).
  4. Optionally override the Sending pace (empty = the defaults from Campaign settings).

Only confirmed subscribers are emailed; every email has an unsubscribe link.

WhatsApp campaigns

A WhatsApp message to customers who opted in from their account (and have a phone number). Choose everyone who opted in, or only those who bought something. WhatsApp only allows business-initiated messages through an approved template: your message becomes the template's variable. Connect WhatsApp first in Campaign settings.

The campaign page

Click a campaign's title to open its page:

  • progress bar with sent, failed, on their way, waiting and skipped, and an estimated finish time;
  • Start sending now, Pause, Resume, Cancel, Duplicate;
  • Send a test to any address or number, straight away;
  • the failed recipients with the reason each failed.

A campaign that has started can't be edited (its recipients are fixed when it starts). Duplicate it to send a new version. People who subscribe after the start don't receive it.

Campaign settings (Marketing -> Campaign settings)

Campaigns never go out in one burst. You set, per channel:

Setting Meaning
Messages per batch How many are sent before a pause
Pause between batches Minutes to wait after each batch
Shortest / longest gap Each message waits a random time in this range after the previous one

Plus a sending window (for example 09:00 to 21:00; nothing new starts outside it) and the WhatsApp connection (access token, phone number ID, template name and language from Meta's WhatsApp Manager).

Suggested starting points: email 100 per batch, 1 to 4 seconds, 10 minutes pause; WhatsApp 25 per batch, 8 to 20 seconds, 15 minutes pause (new WhatsApp numbers are limited by Meta to 250 people a day).

The platform runs the sending in the background, one batch at a time, on the pace you set.

Campaign Pages

Standalone pages for a launch, a webinar, a free download, an offer or a waitlist, built from blocks. Each page lives at /campaign/<slug> on your site and shows nothing else by default (no menu, no footer links), so the visitor stays on its one call to action. Turn Show the site's header and footer on in the page's settings if you want them.

  • New campaign page: give it a title and pick a starting template (Product launch, Webinar, Free download, Coaching offer, Event, Coming soon, or Blank). The template is sample copy you replace.
  • The builder: the blocks top to bottom on the left, the live page on the right. Click a block to edit its content; the Style tab sets its band (your page colour, light, tinted, your brand colour, or dark), alignment and spacing. Drag the handle to reorder, switch a block off to hide it, duplicate or remove it. Every change saves on its own and the preview follows; click a block in the preview to open it.
  • Blocks: Hero, Text (Markdown), Features, Numbers, Testimonials (written here, or your featured reviews), Offer (a price card), Product (one of your books, courses, workshops or bootcamps with its price and link), Questions, Countdown, Email form, Image, Video (YouTube or Vimeo), Call to action.
  • Your theme draws the blocks. A vendor on Lumen gets Preline blocks, on Meridian Flowbite blocks, and so on; the builder offers only what your theme draws, plus any variants it adds in the Style tab. Change the design on Appearance -> Theme and every campaign page follows.
  • Email form: addresses go into Marketing -> Newsletter subscribers (double opt-in, the Announcements topic) and the page counts its leads.
  • Publish from the top bar. Until then the page answers only to its preview link (Settings), which you can share with a client.

Abandoned checkouts (Marketing -> Abandoned Checkouts)

Someone reached a payment page and didn't pay: one hour later (you choose the delay) they get one email listing what they left, with links back and an optional coupon. Never for bank transfers, donations, products they bought since, or anyone reminded in the last week. The page shows reminders sent, how many came back and paid, and the sales recovered.

SEO opportunities (Marketing -> SEO opportunities)

Finds the searches your pages already show up for on Google where an edit can help (close to page one, or on page one but rarely clicked), and proposes the edit with your own AI.

  • Connect once. You need a free Google Cloud OAuth client with the Search Console API enabled (the same client you made for Meeting links works). Add the redirect address shown on the page, paste the Client ID and Secret, press Connect Search Console, approve read-only access with the Google account that owns your site, then choose the site. Brandidos can only read; it never changes anything in Search Console.
  • Scan. Press Scan now, or wait for the automatic scan every Monday. It reads the last 90 days and builds three lists: long searches (four words or more) with at least 20 impressions at position 5 to 30; pages at position 7.5 to 20 with 100+ impressions that need to answer their search directly; and pages in the top 7 with 200+ impressions that too few people click on. Pages you edited in the last 28 days are skipped, because a change needs time to show. A new or small site may have none yet.
  • Optimize any page. Pick a post, page, book, course, workshop, bootcamp, bundle, service, video, collection or campaign page from the list on this screen. It takes the best search that page already gets (two words or more, about the page) and adds it to your list.
  • Suggest edits (needs your AI key in Settings -> AI). First it asks Google whether the page is indexed; if it is not, you are told that first, because new text will not help. Then it reads the page's real searches and proposes up to six numbered changes: a new SEO title, a heading, a meta description, a better opening paragraph, one new section that answers the search, and spelling or grammar fixes. You can say what the page should be about, give keywords, choose how long a new section may be and add notes. Each suggestion shows why, citing your numbers. Nothing changes on your site by itself.
  • Apply ticked changes writes only the suggestions you tick, in one save, after you confirm. The web address never changes. It touches only paragraphs and headings: code, images, embeds and links are left alone, and a fix is skipped (and reported) if its sentence is no longer found word for word. If you edited the page after the suggestions were made, it refuses and asks you to press Redo. The home page and pages without SEO fields can only be copied by hand.
  • After you apply, the panel lists what only you can do: ask Google to index the page again (Search Console, URL Inspection, Request indexing; the API cannot do it for you) and add internal links from pages that already earn clicks.
  • Results and revert. Four weeks after you apply, the row compares that search over the 28 days after against the 28 days before, and says Improved, No clear change or Declined. Revert this change puts the old title, description and text back (it refuses if you edited the page since). Dismiss a row you do not want, and restore it later.

Newsletter subscribers

Marketing -> Newsletter Subscribers. Visitors subscribe from the site and confirm by email (double opt-in). They choose topics: new posts, new videos, updates. New posts and videos can be sent to their topic's subscribers automatically.
