Bookings: paid meetings
Updated by Raheel Shan
Visitors book and pay for one-to-one calls at /schedule: they pick a time, then a meeting type that fits it, then pay.
Set it up (Bookings -> Schedules)
The Schedules page has three parts:
- Meeting types: what people can book (name, price, minimum duration, description). "Service Call" is special: it is tied to one of your Services and is what the service pages link to.
- Availability: recurring weekly rules (day, start and end time, slot length, optional date range). The times people see are generated from these.
- Days off: dates you're not available.
Times already booked, bank transfers still inside their hold, and (if connected) busy times in your Google Calendar are never offered.
Meeting links (Settings -> Meeting links)
Pick how each paid meeting gets its link:
| Provider | What happens |
|---|---|
| Add links by hand | You paste a link in Bookings -> Meetings |
| Google Meet | A calendar event with a Meet link is created; moved or deleted when the booking changes |
| Zoom | A Zoom meeting is created (Server-to-Server OAuth app); moved or deleted with the booking |
| Jitsi Meet | A private room on meet.jit.si or your own Jitsi server; with your own server's App ID and secret, links are signed so only your links open a room |
The link is in the confirmation email, the reminder, the buyer's account and the calendar invite. You join as host from Bookings -> Meetings.
Meetings (Bookings -> Meetings)
Upcoming meetings first (switch to past ones), with the buyer, type, time and link. You can cancel a meeting, optionally with a refund; the buyer is emailed either way.
For the buyer
- A confirmation email with the link and a calendar invite (
.ics). - A reminder about 24 hours before.
- From their account they can reschedule to another free slot of the same type, up to a set time before the meeting and a limited number of times.
- Times are shown in their own timezone when Show timezones is on.
