Terms and Conditions
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Brandidos, a service run from Karachi, Pakistan. They apply when you create a site, buy a plan or otherwise use Brandidos. By signing up you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Brandidos gives you a website at your own address. On it you can publish, take bookings and sell products and services. What you can use depends on your plan, as shown on our pricing section.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and two-factor codes safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Self-hosted is a one-off payment.
- A plan paid by card through Stripe renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. A plan paid any other way (PayPal, 2Checkout, Safepay or bank transfer) covers one period at a time and you pay again to continue.
- To cancel a renewing plan, ask us through the contact page at any time. It stops renewing and stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices can change. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and it starts from your next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may move your site to the Free plan until payment is made.
- Refunds are covered by our Return Policy.
- Prices do not include taxes that your country may charge on top.
Selling on your site
- Payments from your buyers go straight to your own payment gateway account. Brandidos is not the seller and takes no fee on your sales. Your gateway's own processing fees still apply.
- You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, delivery, refunds, taxes and customer service, and for following the laws that apply to your business.
- Publish your own terms, privacy and refund policies on your site where the law requires them.
Your content
You own what you publish. You give Brandidos permission to store, copy and display it only so far as we need to run your site. You must have the rights to everything you upload.
You must not use Brandidos to:
- break the law or encourage others to break it;
- sell illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or that promotes violence;
- send spam or messages people did not agree to receive;
- spread malware, phish, or try to break into or overload any system, including ours;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead people about who you are.
We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Custom domains
You are responsible for registering and renewing your own domain. We connect it and set up HTTPS; if its DNS records change or it expires, your site may stop being reachable at that address.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Brandidos running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our providers. We keep improving the service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something your paid plan depends on, we tell you in advance.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other users or the service at risk. After an account closes, its site goes offline and its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close it.
Liability
Brandidos is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of your content, your products or how you used the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather sort a problem out with you directly first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Brandidos after that means you accept the new terms.
