Brandidos

Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what Brandidos collects when you visit our site, create a site with us or buy a plan, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Brandidos is run from Karachi, Pakistan.

Two kinds of data

Your account. When you sign up, Brandidos is responsible for your data: your name, email, password (stored only as a hash), your site's address and your plan.

Your visitors and buyers. The people who visit your site, subscribe, book or buy from you are your customers, not ours. You decide what to collect from them and you are responsible for it. We store and process that data only to run your site for you. If your site collects personal data, publish your own privacy policy on it.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, password hash, the site name and address you choose, and your team members' names and emails.
  • Billing details: your plan, invoices, payment status and the gateway reference. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page (for example Stripe) and never reach our servers. For a bank transfer we keep the receipt you upload.
  • Messages: what you send through our contact form, including your name, email, phone and company if you give them.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device, pages visited and approximate location derived from the IP address. We use it to keep the service secure, stop abuse and understand how the site is used.
  • Content: everything you publish or upload to your site: posts, products, files, images and settings.

Why we use it

  • To create and run your site, and to sign you in securely (including two-factor codes by email).
  • To bill you for your plan and send receipts and invoices.
  • To reply to you and give support.
  • To send service emails such as security notices, payment reminders and important changes. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the platform safe, find faults and improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your preferences such as dark mode. On our marketing pages we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. It records clicks and scrolling, not what you type into forms. Pages whose address is private, such as invoice and download links, are never tracked.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us, and only as much as they need:

  • hosting and server providers, where your site and data are stored;
  • payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout, Safepay) to take payments;
  • email delivery providers to send account and service emails;
  • Cloudflare, to connect custom domains and protect the site;
  • analytics and IP location providers (Microsoft Clarity, IPinfo).

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our users or the service from fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete your site and its content within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting, which we keep for as long as the law requires. Backups roll over and are erased on their normal cycle.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change your account details in your dashboard at any time. You can also ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your account and data;
  • stop using your data for a particular purpose.

Write to us through the contact page and we will reply within 30 days. If you are one of a Brandidos site's visitors or buyers, contact that site's owner first: they control your data.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, payment keys are stored encrypted and staff access is limited by role and protected with two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to use a strong, unique password.

Children

Brandidos is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we email account holders before it takes effect.
