Return Policy

Brandidos sells digital services, so there is nothing to send back. This policy sets out when a payment to Brandidos can be refunded and how to ask for one.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try Brandidos on it before you pay.

Monthly plans

• You can cancel at any time through the contact page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and then does not renew.
• We do not refund part of a month already started.
• If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, ask within 7 days of the charge. If the plan's paid features have not been used since the renewal, we refund it in full.

Yearly plans

• A full refund is available within 14 days of your first yearly payment.
• After 14 days, the yearly plan is not refundable, but you can cancel it so that it does not renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you have paid for.
• If you switch from monthly to yearly, the 14 days start from the first yearly payment.

Self-hosted

• The Self-hosted move is a one-off service. You get a full refund if you cancel before we start the move.
• Once the move has started, the payment is not refundable, because the work is done for your site alone.
• If we cannot complete the move to the server you provide and cannot fix the problem, we refund you in full.

Always refunded

Whatever your plan, we refund in full:

• a charge taken twice for the same period;
• a charge taken after you cancelled;
• a charge for a service we could not provide.

Purchases from Brandidos sites

When you buy a course, book, booking or other product from a site built with Brandidos, you are buying from that site's owner, not from Brandidos. Payments go straight to the owner. Ask them for a refund under their own policy.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us through the contact page and choose "Plans and pricing". Include the email on your account and the invoice or payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds go to the account the payment came from.

Changes to this policy

The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. A change never affects a payment made before it.
