Blog

  • Posts with the block editor (headings, images, code, lists, quotes and tables), a category, tags, cover and SEO fields. Published posts appear on /posts, in the RSS feed, the sitemap and search.
  • Write with AI (once your AI key is saved in Settings -> AI): a button above the editor in every form you write in (posts, pages, books, courses, workshops, bootcamps, bundles, services, products, announcements and email campaigns). Give a topic, optional keywords, a length and any notes, and your AI writes a first draft in your voice for that kind of item, using your profile (and, for a post, your recent posts). It fills the editor (asking first if there is already text there) and the title, short description and SEO fields that are still empty. Nothing is saved until you click Save: read it through, add images, then save or publish yourself.
  • Categories group posts.
  • Comments: new comments are counted in the sidebar; approve, reply or delete them.

Content

Item What it is
Home page sections What each section of your home page says (below)
Pages Your own pages (Privacy, Terms, anything), published at /page/<slug>. The list opens on those; the System tab holds the pages the site draws itself (About, Blog, Contact...), where only the search engine title and description can change, and the Protected tab the built-in listings (Books, Courses, Workshops, Services, Book a Meeting, Bootcamps, Membership, Announcements, each collection), which also take a banner: the image on that section's card on the Catalog page. A collection's card uses the banner set on its page, else the image uploaded on the collection type.
Announcements Short public notices at /announcements
Gallery Images with dates, shown as a timeline
Videos Your video channel at /channel
Media Your uploaded files
Reviews & Testimonials Buyer reviews and owner-entered testimonials (below)

Reviews and testimonials

Every purchase email (and the buyer's account) has a write a review link. Reviews arrive as pending; publish or reject them. Published reviews show on that product's page with the average rating. Mark any review (or one you enter yourself) as featured to show it as a testimonial on the home page. Every genuine review is published whatever its rating; only reject spam or abuse.

Home page sections

Content -> Home page sections is what each section on your home page says. Your home page is a list of sections, shown top to bottom: profile hero, carousel, portfolio, latest video, blog posts, timeline, reviews, products, services, bundles, membership plans, announcements, newsletter signup and book a call. Add widget puts a new one at the bottom; click one to change its title and how many items it shows, and the bin deletes it. Which sections show, their order, width and colour band are part of your theme (Appearance -> Theme -> Layout); a hidden section is marked Hidden here. Changes are live as soon as you save. A widget with nothing to show (no posts yet, say) stays off the page by itself. A widget your plan does not include is marked Requires Pro or Requires Max and does not show on your site. Up to 20 widgets, one profile hero. The profile hero has three layouts: Compact (a round photo beside your headline), Large (a big headline beside a big photo) and Cover photo (your photo fills the top of the page with the headline on it; upload a wide landscape photo). The testimonials in Reviews are the ones you feature under Reviews & Testimonials. The Carousel is a slideshow of your own pictures: open it, choose Add slides (up to 8, wide photos work best), save, then give each slide an optional heading, text and button (a label and a link such as /contact or a full https:// address). Drag slides to reorder them and tick Remove this slide to take one out. Pick its height and whether it moves on by itself; visitors can also swipe, use the arrows or the dots. You can add more than one carousel.

Appearance

  • Theme: how your site looks, on one screen with five tabs. Changing it never touches a word of your content.
    • Your theme: your look now and every look you have had. A look is your design, font, colours, dark mode, page width and background, and which home page sections show, in what order, width and band. Every look you apply is kept, including the one each change replaced. Use this look switches to it (your current one is kept first), Preview shows your own home page in it, and you can rename or delete looks. Save my current look names the one you have now. What your sections say is never part of a look: switching never changes it. If a look's design is no longer offered, using it applies everything else and keeps your current design.
    • Gallery: ready-made home page layouts (Classic, Portfolio, One-page portfolio, Creator, Services first, One card) and every design as drawn (its own font and colours, and its own home page layout when it has one). Preview shows your own home page in it; Use applies it and keeps your current look under Your looks. A layout moves the sections you have (their content stays), adds the ones it needs that you do not have yet, and hides the rest; nothing is deleted. Sections your plan does not include are not added.
    • Designs: pick the design of your storefront from the platform's catalogue, keeping your font and colours; Preview shows your own home page in it first. Designs that work with every setting come first; the others say what they ignore (see Your plan and themes). If your design does not draw colour bands, the Layout tab and the Gallery's layouts say so.
    • Bring your theme (once your AI key is saved in Settings -> AI): upload up to three images (a screenshot of a site you love, your logo or a brand guide page) and an optional note. Your AI fills a whole theme from what your site can do: the closest design, font, colours, page background and width, light or always dark, and (with Also arrange my home page, ticked by default) which home page sections show, in what order and on which bands. A long full-page screenshot is fine (up to 25 megapixels). The result is saved straight away as a draft under Your theme ("<Design>, from your images"), and nothing on your site changes: its page shows what it chose, the sections in order and a live preview of your own home page in it. Use this look applies it (your current look is kept first, so you can switch back); arranging moves, adds or hides sections, never deletes one or changes what it says.
    • Style: your font, colours, page width, background and dark mode, in whichever design you use (it stays when you switch designs).
      • Typography: the font (every theme except Nova, which keeps its own) and the colours of headings, body text and links.
      • Colours: the primary colour (buttons and accents), button text, and the header and footer backgrounds. On a dark header or footer colour the text turns light by itself.
      • Layout: Theme default (the width the theme was designed for), Full width (header, pages and footer stretch edge to edge; article text keeps a comfortable reading width) or Boxed (everything in a rounded box up to 1280px, with space on all sides).
      • Background: none, a colour, a two-colour gradient (top to bottom, left to right or diagonal) or an image (cover the page, or repeat a small pattern). It shows behind your pages, and around the box when Boxed.
      • Leave any colour on Theme default to keep the theme's own. Colours and the background apply in light mode; with dark mode on, visitors who pick dark see the theme's dark colours.
      • Dark mode: Always light, Visitor chooses (a light/dark toggle in the header) or Always dark (the theme's own dark colours for everything, no toggle). The text and background colours above apply only to light mode, so for a dark site pick Always dark rather than painting a light theme dark.
    • Layout: your home page sections top to bottom. Drag to reorder and Save order; the switch shows or hides a section; click one for its width (full, two thirds, half or a third; on phones every section is full width) and its style: the colour band it sits on, alignment, spacing and, when your design offers one, another way to draw it. Edit what it says opens the section in Content -> Home page sections.
  • Menu: the header navigation. Add pages or custom links, drag to reorder, and indent an item to make it a submenu. Choose how phones navigate: a slide-in drawer or a bottom bar (Home, Search, Cart, Account, Menu).
  • Social Accounts: links shown in the footer and contact page.
  • Copyright: the footer line.

What visitors get

  • Dark and light mode.
  • Prices in the visitor's own currency (when you offer it) and times in their own timezone, picked automatically from where they are (Settings -> Currencies & timezones).
  • Site search, RSS feed, sitemap for search engines (/sitemap.xml, named in /robots.txt). Every page tells search engines your main address, so a custom domain and your platform subdomain never compete as duplicates.
  • Found by AI assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers read your site through /llms.txt (who you are, what you offer and every page, with prices) and /llms-full.txt (the full text of your posts, pages and offers), both made for you and kept up to date. Every page also describes you (name, profession, photo, social profiles) and its own item (post, course, book, service, product with price) as structured data, so search engines and AI answers know whose site it is and what it sells. To fill these in, complete your profile (name, profession, about, photo) and your social links. When you publish, edit, rename, unpublish or delete something, your site tells search engines straight away through IndexNow (Bing, and through it ChatGPT search and Copilot), instead of waiting for them to come back.
  • A cart (Settings -> Storefront -> Show Cart) to buy several products in one checkout.
  • A customer account: sign in with a one-time email link plus a code, see purchases, watch courses, download files and invoices, manage meetings and membership, opt into WhatsApp, export or delete their data.

Addresses (slugs)

Every post, page, video, book, course, workshop, bootcamp, bundle, service and collection has an Address (slug) field under its title. On a new item it fills in from the title as you type; leave it blank and it is built from the title when you save. On a saved item the address stays the same when you rename the item, so links you already shared keep working. To change it, type a new address (or press Use the title) and save: the old address then redirects to the new one. Two items cannot share an address; the second gets -2.
