System health (Settings -> System health)
A checklist of the parts of your shop that break without anyone noticing, each marked OK, Check or Problem with how to fix it:
- Email: a real mailer is set, plus Send test email to prove it.
- Payments: at least one gateway is on; each gateway's webhook arrived recently and was accepted (a refused one means the secret is wrong); missed membership renewals.
- Meetings: the meeting-link provider is set up.
Anything marked Problem also shows as a red banner on your dashboard. The servers, background jobs and updates are the platform's job, not yours.

Your data
Export what you need from each list (sales, customers, subscribers) as you go. Leaving the platform for your own server is the Self-hosted package: ask the platform from Billing.
