Add a name, email and role. They get a link to choose their password, valid for 72 hours.

They see only their part
The sidebar and dashboard show only what a role allows, and every page checks it too.
An activity log
See who changed what and when, with the old and new value of every field. Sign-ins, refunds and role changes are recorded too.
Always one Owner
Your site always keeps at least one Owner, and nobody can remove themselves.

Make a role
Open Team -> Roles and tick what the role can do, or use Owner or Admin.

Invite the person
In Team -> Team members, add their name and email and pick the role.

Team -> Activity log shows what each person changed, filtered by person, area or text.

Which plan includes team members?
Every plan. Team members, roles and the activity log are part of the core.
Can I give someone access to the blog only?
Yes. Make a role with only the Blog permission. That person sees the dashboard and the blog, nothing else.
Can I change someone's role later?
Yes. Change it from the team list, resend an invite or remove the person at any time.
Are passwords stored in the activity log?
No. The log records that a password or key changed, never its value.
How long is activity kept?
Entries are kept for a year.
