What you get.
Accept or decline at a link
Clients open the quote, accept or decline with a message, and you get an email. New answers are flagged in your sidebar.
Quote to invoice in one click
Convert an accepted quotation into a draft invoice with the same client, lines and discount.
Pay now, online
A sent invoice with a balance due shows Pay now. The payment is recorded on the invoice by itself and it turns Paid.
You choose how they pay
Tick the payment methods each client can use, such as bank transfer only for a large invoice.
Tax, discounts and part payments
Set a tax rate per line and a fixed or percentage discount. Record part payments and the balance due updates.
Numbers with no gaps
Invoices get a number only when sent, and share one series with your shop orders. Drafts never use a number up.

Set up once
Add your business name, address, tax number, number prefixes and default notes and terms in Settings -> Tax & invoices.

Write and send
Add the client and the lines, then email a PDF and a link, or copy the link to share on WhatsApp.

Get paid
The client accepts the quote, you convert it, and they pay the invoice online or you record the payment.

Which plan includes quotes and invoices?
Pro and Max, with the rest of selling.
Can clients pay an invoice online?
Yes, when the invoice is in your shop's currency. They pay the full balance with the gateways you connected, such as card, PayPal, Safepay or bank transfer.
What if a client answers by phone?
Use Record the answer on the quotation to mark it accepted or declined yourself.
Can I delete an invoice?
Drafts, yes. An invoice with a number can only be voided, so it keeps its number and your series stays unbroken.
Can my team create invoices?
Yes, anyone with the Quotations & invoices permission. Owner and Admin have it.
