Which plan includes paid bookings?
Bookings are on Max, together with digital downloads, bundles, memberships and licences.
Which video tools are supported?
Zoom, Google Meet and Jitsi. You can also add links by hand for any other tool.
Can two people book the same time?
No. A booked time is never offered again, and a bank transfer still waiting for payment holds its slot too.
Can a client book a call about one of my services?
Yes. A Service Call is tied to one of your services, and its service page links straight to the booking.
Can buyers change the time?
Yes. From their account they move to another free slot of the same type, up to 24 hours before the call and at most twice.
Can I cancel a meeting?
Yes. Cancel it from your Meetings list, with or without a refund, and the buyer is emailed either way.
