Free access with a 100% code
A 100% coupon completes the order with no payment at all. Useful for giving a reviewer access.
A reminder on its own
Someone reaches the payment page and does not pay. After the delay you choose, they get one email listing what they left, with links back.
An optional nudge
Add a coupon to the reminder. It is included only while the coupon can still be used.
Polite by design
No reminder for bank transfers, donations, products they bought since, or anyone reminded in the last week.

The Abandoned checkouts page shows reminders sent, how many people came back and paid, and the sales recovered.

Which plan includes coupons?
Coupons and abandoned checkout emails are on Pro and Max, with the rest of selling.
Can a coupon apply to a donation?
No. Coupons apply to products only.
When does the reminder go out?
After the delay you set, one hour by default. Checkouts older than three days are never emailed, so switching it on does not write to old visitors.
Which checkouts get a reminder?
Checkouts left at Stripe, PayPal, Safepay or 2Checkout. Bank transfers are skipped, because the buyer is still paying.
Will someone get several reminders?
No. Each abandoned checkout gets one email, and nobody reminded in the last seven days is emailed again.
