Monthly, yearly or lifetime
Create as many plans as you like. The yearly plan shows its saving against twelve months.
Renew early, lose nothing
Paying again adds a full period on top of the current end date.
Reminders before it ends
Members are emailed 7 days and 1 day before their membership ends, with a link to renew.
Auto-renew by card
Buyers paying with Stripe or 2Checkout can tick Renew automatically. Each renewal is recorded as a sale with an invoice.
Progress kept when it lapses
Access locks when a membership ends. Progress and notes stay, and renewing opens everything again.

Which plan includes memberships?
Memberships are on Max, together with digital downloads, bundles, licences and paid bookings.
What does a membership include?
Every course, workshop, book and download on your site. Bootcamps, meetings and licensed software are sold separately.
Which payment methods renew automatically?
Stripe and 2Checkout. Every other method, including PayPal, Safepay and bank transfer, pays one period at a time, and members get a reminder to renew.
What happens when a membership ends?
Access locks, and the member's progress and notes are kept. Renewing opens everything again where they left off.
Can members turn off auto-renew?
Yes, from their account. They keep access until the end of the period they paid for.
Can I give someone extra time?
Yes. From Members, extend a membership by one period at no charge, or end it straight away.
